Course Assignment 06: Animation

Project Overview
Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean.

In this assignment I made an animation/motion graphic. I could choose whatver theme I wanted, so I went with a black cat. He is inspired by my own cat because he has a rich personality. He seems pretty careless up until he gets his favorite toy, which is an aluminium ball.

This project has gone through a big process. First research, then sketching ideas, to storyboarding and choosing an art style, to start digitalising it. Once everything was ready it was time to animate it by using After Effects.
